Mega Windforce, Gimas and Baltico Join Forces on Advanced Carbon Manufacturing
Three partners. Complementary strengths. One ambition: turning advanced carbon technology into industrial reality.
De Meern, the Netherlands and Izmir, Türkiye, October 19, 2026
Mega Windforce, Gimas and Baltico have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore the development of an advanced CFRP manufacturing facility.
The partnership combines Baltico’s carbon fibre technology, Gimas’ industrial manufacturing expertise and Mega Windforce’s patents that will redefine wind turbine technology.
The initial focus will be on components for Mega Windforce’s innovative WhisperRing wind turbine, with significant potential for CFRP applications in other industries where low weight and high strength create competitive advantages.
Mega Windforce is progressing with its prototype, targeted for completion by the end of 2026. Locations in Türkiye and Malta are currently under consideration for the future production facility.
The MoU marks an important step towards combining innovative wind technology, advanced carbon manufacturing and industrial scale production.
